What your Safety File may include
What we need from you
Rotran Safety Files and compliance readiness
Rotran requirements allow your company to transport coal between mines and power stations. Rotran first requires a Safety File to validate your company. This is where we come in, as a safety consultant for Rotran.
The Safety File is compiled
BlueRisk LKD completes the Safety File on behalf of your company.
Rotran accepts the file
The Safety File must be accepted by Rotran.
You join the database
Once accepted, your company is added to the Eskom Rotran database.
How we compile your Safety File
A compiled Safety File supports legal compliance, but it does not replace your own duty to implement controls, appoint competent persons, train staff, maintain records and update the file. Client approval depends on complete and accurate information.
